Read the
ribbon story and join the movement. |
|
Perhaps you will be inspired to purchase some ribbons yourself and
start acknowledging the people who have made a difference in your
life.
|
|
Don’t
forget to share your story.
|
|
If you have received a ribbon in
acknowledgement of what you have done please share your story
of how it helped change your life.
Wear the ribbon
proudly – you have made a difference in someone’s life. And when you
are not wearing it, it will make a beautiful book mark.
(The ribbons are purple with gold lettering.)

Commit
an act of kindness |
|
Watch the movie “Pay It Forward” with some friends and decide how you
can commit an act of kindness and then ask the person to pay it
forward. You cannot do something nice for someone else without
feeling good about yourself. As you feel good about yourself that
then affects all those who come in contact with you, and so the
ripples go out………..

Submit
your poetry |
|
There would be many beautiful
poems out there that have never been shared. It could be your
poem that, in the sharing, has allowed someone, who is feeling in need
of a lift at that time, to just feel a little better about simply
being alive.

Would
you like to see YOUR story in print? |
|
Submit your true story or (with their
permission) maybe you could write someone else’s story if they are not
able. Elizabeth is looking for stories about love, courage, endurance,
faith, commitment; stories from people from all walks of life.
Stories, that when you read them, you feel inspired and uplifted.
There would be
countless stories ‘out there’ that have never been told. Stories that
in the writing and the reading of them, cannot help but change
people’s lives for the better.
|
|
This is
the opportunity for your story to be told. |
|
When there are enough stories they will be published in book form.
The story “The
Silver Four Leaf Clover” is the story of Elizabeth’s parents. She
believes that it depicts determination, love, commitment and courage.
